Delivery

- Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Depending on the chosen payment method, the order processing time may be extended until the payment is registered in our account.
- Each shipment from our online store has a unique tracking number, which allows you to check the status of your order at every stage of the delivery. The tracking link will be sent via email after shipment and is also available in your customer panel.
- Delivery by pallet does not include transportation of products to upper floors.
- You can pick up the products personally at the warehouse: ul. Emaliowa 27, 02-295 Warsaw, or at the showroom: ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie 133/16 (1st floor), 02-304 Warsaw.
- We ship to all countries in the European Union. For delivery outside the EU, please contact us for the shipping cost.

Zone I - 15 EUR (delivery time: 2 days)
Zone II - 25 EUR (delivery time: 2-3 days)
Zone III - 35 EUR (delivery time: 3-4 days)
The base price may increase in case of large quantities of products ordered. Shipping costs for tiles – The price is automatically calculated based on the quantity and delivery country (Mexican Tiles, Moroccan Tiles, Cement Tiles).
